CHILL ROLL & FLAKER UNIT

The extrudate from the extruder is oriented into a pair of adjustable and cooled roller. This roller compresses the molten material into a thin continuous band. Plus, the cooled extrudate is moved through the flaker that reduces the material into small sized chips. This chips are ideal for feeding the fine grinding machine.
